On tap at Boise Fry Company. Normal looking pour. Hops tell this beer’s story. Mildly astringent and dry. Crisp, clean and pale. Lingering dry finish. Another seasonal fresh hop beer.

Hazy deep gold with two fingers of off white head with good retention. Fair amount of lace.
Aroma is floral citrus orange with a touch of pine and bready malt.
Taste is earthy bitter hops with citrus orange and grapefruit. Malts are supportive but the fresh hops are the show in this beer.
Mouthfeel is medium and carbonation is just enough.
Finish is lightly dry and refreshing.
Overall a very fine APA .

Saw that this was on-tap @ Brewforia, and had heard good things from a friend, so I bit. Payette's wet-hop ale, served in a pint tumbler.
A: Hazy gold with a large white head and good lacing.
S: Subdued nose, but strong suggestion of flowers...orange, tangerine, citrus pith, light clean malt sweetness.
T: Again, not as 'intense' as I was hoping for a fresh-hop ale. Orange and citrus, fresh flowers, hints of grass, clean taste and clean finish with moderate bitterness.
MF: Light to medium feel, clean finish with moderate bitterness, lower carbonation levels.
O: Not really impressed, its ok, would have liked more in-your-face hop character.
