L - bright yellow with nice foamy head
S - nice grassy, hoppy citrus notes
T - grassy hoppy, lemon sorbet ice cream, prosecco.
F - nice and fizzy, somewhat thin, but it fits very well. a real refreshing beer.
O - this is a summery dessert in a bottle, almost like a limoncello or a lemon-sgroppino in beer-form. Really fresh, really crisp. This would be a perfect beer to close a nice summer's day or a barbecue with.
I absolutely recommend this one.

330ml bottled on 9-22-15 poured to a tulip glass. Hazy pale orange, big white head quickly drops to a thin+patchy cap and thick ring, eventually reduces to nothin'. Surprising tartness with a pretty sharp lemon/lime bite to it. A decent herbal hop presence with wheat, oats, and grains as well. A bit of dirty earth funk in the scent but none at all to be found in the taste. Mouthfeel is light, tart, refreshing, a bit on the flimsy/lowly carbonated side for the style but not bad. The tartness and drinkability here was nice but it doesn't seem to deliver a whole lot more than that. Would've liked to see some more complexity and a bit less sharpness from the tartness+hops.

Slightly hazy golden color with a bit of white head that goes away completely. Aroma has lemon juice and some other tart fruit along with some light yeast esters and farmhouse funk. Taste starts yeasty, some dusty grains and tart lemon / lime juice. Light body with crisp carbonation. Not much going on with this beer but overall it's well made and refreshing.
