From Saveur Biere. In Teku glass. Playing Khimera. The nice ice cream notes of the series are hidden behind an excessive raspberry profile, pretty acidic, making it a step below its sisters

330 mL bottle. Pours bright red. Smells of raspberry, cream, and vanilla. Tastes of tart raspberry that drops off quickly. Vanilla and lactose take over and it finishes creamy. How odd. Medium body. Not sure what to think. I only had a couple ounces, but it kept me interested.

Poured to a Omnipollo tumbler.
A: The body pours a pink to red-ish hues. The head is totally white but has zero to no retention, existing only whtn the beer is ooured.
S: The aroma is strong of cookie dough, meringue and raspberries, with just a small hint in the back of an active sour component besides the raspberry.
T: Taste follows the aroma as the beginning of the sip starts off with a flavour of cookie dough topped with meringue mixed with a bit of vanilla
M: Body is low on density, carbonation is a bit harsh and low, alcohol is barely noticeable and sourness is mild.
O: Liking this a lot actually. Not great but very enjoyable.

Almost clear orange pink color with slightly pinkish head. Aroma has a fruit cake sweetness but also some slightly fermented berry notes, like a tart berry muffin or something like that. Taste is tart and fruity with a light vanilla sweetness coming through. Finish switches again to a more bitter berry seed flavor. Medium body and carbonation, quite dry on the aftertaste. Lots of different flavors integrated really well.

A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 25th December 2018. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy purple red colour with a one finger pinkish head that dissipated fairly quickly while leaving only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Vanilla ice cream, milk candy, sweet and lightly tart raspberry and more vanilla.
Taste: Lightly sweet, vanilla/milk ice cream with an overdose of tart raspberry sauce and a touch of citrusy acidic lemon.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: This is right up my alley. It’s got the aroma and taste that I enjoy and is just refreshing to my palate.

Very nice berliner weisse style raspberry ale. Very refreshing and easily drinkable. The raspberry tartness is well rounded by the vanilla and the meringue presence. Yes you can actually tastes the meringue in there. Did they put some eggs in there?!
Very nice anyway

Pours a farirly clear red, with just a little bit of foam.
Smell is full of sweet meringue and tart raspberries, with a hint of lemon.
Taste is full on meringue cake with raspberries and cream. Sweet and tart notes play together beautifully.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Well, this is just a flat out dessert. Great balance between sweet and sour, and very deep flavors. Delicious!

Not sure what i was expecting but this is delicious stuff...looks like a rose wine.....intoxicating smell of vanilla, red wine, and fruit...tastes like fruit punch--a mix of red fruits, vinegar, and vanilla....the perfect amount of sourness to balance the sweet fruit... not complex but very refreshing....
