Hazel gold with a slight haze and a delicate white head. Hedgerow aroma, with evergreen, elderflower, hay, and slight strawberry notes wafting over a fresh, full malt base of toffee and honey. Something about this makes me think it's made with Bramling Cross, but I could be wrong. Crisply bitter flavor, with chalky minerality and a nicely balanced finish. Peach and apricot flavors with grapefruit and elderflower make this appealingly fruity, but still dry and light overall. A full-bodied, satisfying beer.
