A: Dense autumn orange with a small khaki head that dissipated soon after the pour. Clean window dressing.
S: Spicy curacao oranges with some banana yeastiness. Wheat with some sugary toasted grains highlighted by a soft warming of alcohol.
T: The flavor saw some cola, spicy curacao oranges, toasted grains with a warmth of alcohol. Yeasty notes of pear, bananas and warm caramel. Woodsy spruce notes and citronella rounds things out.
M: The mouthful had a good carbonation bite, light-medium body that turns creamy on the hold.
O: Overall a nice blend of styles, with a good presence of Belgian yeastiness meeting a winter warmth of spices and alcohol. Woodsy and lemony notes.
