On tap. Pours a well carbonated straw color with a small white head. Nose of vinegar, sweet agave, and salt. Taste is an enhanced nose with tart prickly pear (cactus) and mild tartness with a clean finish cut by the salt. Light body and medium-high carbonation.
Weak nose but clean execution and good use of prickly pear. The slightly sweet agave note was there but didn't overly mess with the style.
