22 oz. Bomber
Bottled On This Date: 6-12-18
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice dark translucent brownish color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which leaves a nice small island, and some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit), tart, tangy, kinda funky. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit), tart, tangy, kinda funky. Medium body, ABV is hidden very nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. This Kettle Sour process is pretty tasty, quite different. Worth checking out.
