Served on tap at Copper Kettle Brewery:
A- Copperish brown color with about half an inch white head
S- Smell is very mild. What is there is of malt, and that's about it
T- Taste is very mild, but still present. Sweet malt upfront, with nice finishing hops, that are mild, but still quite tasty.
M- Super smooth. Maltiness makes for a rich finish
O- Perfect for a session beer. Another successful beer from Copper Kettle..

Rather mild, unassuming and quite quaffable amber beer.
Nice nutty flavor. Warm and malty. Another light-bodied, moderate alcohol beer that this guy does a good job of. Bitter aftertaste nicely balances the malt. Not a flamboyant style but extremely drinkable mellow beer. Just going off the seasonal rotation.
