Served on tap at Copper Kettle Brewery:
A- Dark midnight black with a chocloty brown head of about half an inch, that dissipates quickly
S- Typical black lager aroma of roasted malt and java.
T- Roasted malt taste, with a strong malty aftertaste. Surprisingly sweet finish. Nice slight bite at the finish as well.
M- Quite smooth. A bit too carbonated for my taste however.
O- Solid schwarzbier.
