On tap at Copper Kettle, I've been trying to learn more about the Kolsch style so I've been ordering them whenever I see them. Light yellow color and clear, I was told by another patron it was hazy upon release. Smells like minerals, not bad. Tastes crisp, clean and has an aftertaste of watermelon. I know it sounds weird but I taste a fruitiness from kolsch beers and this one was distinctly watermelon. Overall, good stuff.
