Glowing magenta; wine barrel tang + berry skin; big jammy front, some rindy cheese, specks of wood, bits of lemon pepper, dry end; tight, slightly chalky end.

Fruit + cheese! Berry + funk in balance. Berry especially luscious - I’d like to see it as the Brett comes out. Young + fun, if uncomplicated.
