Poured a clear body with a slight yellowish tinge abundant carbonation bubbles and a head like a clear soda. An odd appearance, quite unique. Scents of moscato wine, an odd lactic sourness and a bright fruitiness with notes of orange and tangerine. Overall impression of aroma is of a very unique aroma, something that I haven't come across before. It is pleasant, yet odd. Flavor begins sweet, with flavors very similar to moscato, with some citrus notes, reminiscent of lemon lime soda and flavors of white grape. This flavor carries throughout, with the white grape becoming extremely strong in the middle and on the finish. The aftertaste continues the white grape and moscato-like character, along with the lemon lime soda flavor. Overall impression of flavor is odd. It is an odd flavor that is sweet and pleasant and very unique. It is unlike any beer I have tasted. Mouthfeel is light bodied with high, effervescent carbonation and a soda water like feel. Overall impression of mouthfeel is of a very light beer. Easy to drink and refreshing. Overall this is the single most unique beer I have ever tasted. Everything about it is unique and it is well worth trying. An odd, yet pleasant beer.

This brew is a champaigne style brewed "wine" served as a way for the brewery to offer a wine like product without requiring a special wines sales license. The brew is very good. It is lighter than a pils and has flavor of peach and eldberry, not exactly a "malt" beverage like a zima, a more balanced flavor and certainly crisper. This will mix with almost anything except milk products. Served cold from the tap in a fluted glass it is a tasty complement to a light meal. The feel is light to the mouth, no bite or sting on the palette, easy to quaff and does not sit heavy once consummed.
