UnTappd has this contract brewing relationship between Orion and Pinnacle Beverages (who as near as can tell from their slick website) is a beverage brand manager across the spectrum who is making a niche in rice lagers. Then together they produce this Dark, which seems to have rice; but not a lot. I shouldn't over-analyse this, but this does not strike me as a winning combo. Yet, I am eager to be proven wrong; so I give good Overall Hugs and a challenge to any BAer to tell me why I'm wrong.
Monsuta Dark Looks that, but could use some foam that lasts even a little. Also slightly above average for Euro Darks are Monsuta's Smells which are mostly sweet malt. Tastes are balanced with the hops acting just enough to do their job on a sweet brew. Medium-mouthed for this style. If this is half rice, it lacks those subtleties.
