This beer is very interesting as it has been brewed to celebrate Bootleg Breweries exsistence of being in the industry for 15 years and is only available from the brewery in 750ml bottle or tap and my hat goes off to some good mates who aqquired it for me cheers boys,it pours a impressive deep copper colour with beautiful lively carbonation that left a massive three finger head with a non agressive pour and heaps of good looking lacing everywhere,the aroma is very impressive it just reaks of wet fresh,piney,resinous,fruity hops and for me this is definately an ESB that takes its hopping seriously so impressed by this aroma could smell it all day,the mouthfeel is nicely weighted for this style and the first taste i experience is fresh fruity hops followed with a little hint of caramel and then the hops take over again but it doesnt really leave a bitter hoppy taste at the end more of a fresh,crisp,fruity,herbal hoppy taste and i must admit im most impressed by this brew and only thing that i could judge against it was that its only brewed once so if your in maragret river i would definately go past this brewery and buy a few.
