Draft at Bad Apple, served in a mason jar.
Pale straw yellow, opaque with a typical wheaty haze. A finger of foam, and lasting soapy lace around the edges of the glass.
Aroma was vaguely fruity and softly wheaty, though mango isn't really overt.
Taste is smooth and wheaty again, there's some astringent, nebulous fruit in the periphery, but again the mango is lacking here. The base wheat beer comprises the main character of the beer, which is a bit of a letdown especially after the nice guava and watermelon versions brewed previously.
