12oz bottle. Thanks Bill! Wow - excellent for an insect beer (brewed w/grasshoppers & beetles) & also for a gose. Nice salinity & a floral/abysinth liqueur-like quality. Medium to full body and medium- carbonation.

Brewed with grasshoppers. I've eaten chapulines before and they are toasty like popcorn kernels and slightly minerally.
Reddish orange, thin layer of foam and minor spotty lace. Darker red than most gose. Aroma is vaguely fruity, slight briny quality from the salt.
Taste has a unique fruitiness contrasted with a savory saltiness. Almost like a berry or cranberry tartness. Saltiness gets more pronounced as it warms, a little much but overall it's unique. Light and drinkable, more than just a novelty, this is a very interesting beverage.
