On-Tap (Hivernale): Poured a deep black color porter with a medium size dark white foamy head. Aroma of cacao and black chocolate is quite nice though some vegetable notes are also identifiable and not as pleasant. Taste is also dominated by cacao notes and black chocolate with some residual sugar and those weird vegetable notes which still creeps out. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I can say I was totally convinced by the flavour profile of this beer.
