330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.
Hazy golden orange color, it tops with thick silky white head that well retains itself with great retention before slowly sinking to an eternal fluffy layer on the surface and leaving some sticky lacing on the glass-side.
Intense aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, pomelo, slight spice, earthy, and grassy, all of these scents are derived from hop while malt with its biscuit and light caramel.
The taste has upright grassy and earthy hop bitterness that discloses from the start to finish and well lasting in the aftertaste. Some fruity hop yields some crisp and lively touch of tropical fruit, pomelo, and citrus while malt plays behind in the undertone with its biscuit, subtle sweet, and caramel.
The body is medium with some good crisp and ample lively carbonation through the palate, smooth mouthfeel with nice refreshing feel, dry and rather clean finish.
Very refreshing and easy drinkable IPA, it is true to the style with some Australian’s feeling from the use of local ingredients.
