750ml bottle , no date - purchased at the brewery in OCT20. Opened 2/13/21.
2+ finger stark white head. Fluffy and with very good retention.
Golden with absolute clarity and highly active carbonation on the first pour. Spotty and wispy lacing.
Second pour is a hazy, soft yellow.
Iron/metallic early but fades, floral, subtle spice / pepper, and light yeast perfume.
Lemon, green apple, minerality, the lightest of barnyard funk...flavorful and the drinkability is high.
Light, bright body with high carbonation. Clean and dry finish.
Second pour gains some body without losing any of the spritz.
Very Good to Outstanding.
