On draft, pours a cloudy dark orange brown color. Kind of looks like iced tea. Good head and carbonation.
The nose is sweet citrus, candied sugar, caramel, honey, the base beer hops are coming through, but the brandy barrel is also very present. The flavor is citrus hops mixed with green apple, a little tropical fruit, orange, caramel and a sweet sticky finish. Very thick mouthfeel as it lingers after you sip. This is nice, well balanced.
