On tap at Pizza Paradiso - DuPont Circle. Light golden, semi fizzy, tart, but not overly done. Light bodied, with some lingering tartness, Pretty good adaptation of the Berliner weisse style.

On tap:
Pours a little dirty golden yellow. Decent amount of small bubble to soapy white head. Some lacing.
Nose is floral and citrusy, undercurrent of earthy notes.
Taste starts plain, neutral malts. Quickly this is covered by a bitter-sour fruit, almost a citrus rind. Sour grows, watered down lemonade, light sour milk in nature. Light ending, little lingering tangy note.
Decent little offering that hit the spot tonight.
