As per style, this is a tart, strongly flavored, low ABV brew. Clearly five average tartness for style, this beer will pucker your mouth.
Medium+ carbonation adds to the impact.

Pours a reddish pink, with light pink foam.
Smell is tart with notes of raspberry and youghurt.
Taste is very mildly tart with a little bit of acidity. Notes of raspberries, lime, lemon and youghurt. Dry finish.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, refreshing Berliner.

Even for a berliner weisse, this beer was pretty tame on the sour spectrum. But that's not to say it wasn't delicious, because it was. Pours a beautiful pinkish-red from the raspberries and tastes even better than it looks. If this were available in six-packs I'd be thrilled.
