POUR: 12.7 fl oz bottle into a tulip glass. APPEARANCE: Golden straw to amber in color. Only a slight ring around the edge of the glass. White in color. No real glass lacing present. AROMA: Very funky. Typical Brett notes. Something deeper along the lines of ripe barnyard. Not off-putting just different. Very yeasty, yet with some subtle malty aromas. Some light and sweet honey elements mixed in as well. TASTE: Wow! Real tart. Very pucker inducing. Red berry like qualities through the tart. Bold with nothing subtle on the tongue. AFTERTASTE: Finishes somewhat crisp and clean. Tart...bitter...funk. All three of these elements last for awhile. Eventually gives way to some nice nutty malt and honey notes. NOTES: Nothing subtle about this one. Big sour pucker...but I like it! RESULT/ RATING: Very good / 4.41 out of 5.
