Color is extremely light with a softly hazy look. A little slick and the head is small but persistent.
Smell is a melange of tropical fruits but with a heavy undertone of that grassy smell that’s typical of good NE IPAs. Mouthfeel is lighter than expected given the haze and slick look.
Taste is dry with your standard NE heavy-hopped IPA floral, aroma-driven palette with a hint of pineapple, cherry, black pepper and even truffle? No off flavors at all.
Overall a really great NE Style IPA that hits all the right notes without being too heavy or sweet like other NEIPAs tend to be.
