750 mL bottle. Pours mostly clear light red. Smells of red wine grapes, strong earthy yeast, and barnyard funk. Tastes of very distinct Pinot noir grapes. Deep berries and heavy earthy notes. Back end is strong Brett and barnyard funk. Medium body and dangerously drinkable. Very nice.

gorgeous packaging on this, a blended funky saison done with pinot noir grapes from two different vineyards. neat to have this right next to the blanc edition, big thanks to my buddy for hooking up the bottles! fun ones to share at a holiday party with beer nerds. i like the brett beer in the blend, like i liked it in the blanc, it lets this be super rustic and farmy, more complex by a longshot than it would otherwise be, almost hits like a pet nat wine, real cool. the color is electric pink like the label, softly hazy, and fizzy like a soda pop. it smells amazing, tannic from the grape skins, light sulfur and the brett, still fermenting grape juice, earthy raw wheat, a light spiciness to the saison in the base coming through, and a red raspberry fruitiness as well, complex and compelling. a little soapy thing going on up front, almost wit-esque for a second before the fruit kicks up, cranberry and red currant notes, along with the easily identifiable pinot noir, juicy and on its way to dry at the same time, almost seems like some actual wine was blended in, i love the funk and the fruit together, just awesome. the carbonation is great too, lively like champagne, huge bubbles, the perfect texture for this. impressively well hidden alcohol strength, this is rather easy drinking, and i think it comes across as slightly more complex than the blanc, but it will be a matter of preference for most drinkers, as both are objectively fantastic. really enjoyable stuff, great showcase of the fruit and a cool composition overall with the blend coming together. bravo!

Raspberry lemonade appearance with an off-white thin cap. One sniff and wow, grape must and brett to the face! Oak, light vinous notes, and yeast is in the background. Taste is even more monotone but no less potent, SO. MUCH. GRAPE MUST. and BRETT! Overwhelms the palate every sip. Feel is obviously bretty and musty, like sourness and oak textures camp out on the edges fighting obliteration. Needs some balancing
