This particular blend contains classic farmhouse ale brewed with our house yeast blend and refermented with Brettanomyces and plums previously used in Pruim ’n Brett, classic farmhouse ale refermented on the Pinot Noir grapes used in Two Rivers Noir, spontaneously fermented wild ale refermented on the Jubileum cherries used in Mount Hood Magic, and a very small amount of Belgian-style golden ale to temper acidity and provide healthy yeast for bottle conditioning. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this will age gracefully for years in proper cellar conditions. Chilling for at least 24 hours before opening is recommended.

Bottle from Brews.
A hazy light orange with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is great. It's got the soft, spicy saison yeast character, that Logsdon house funk, along with plenty of stone fruit and mildly tannic, moderately fruity pinot noir. Cherries add a sharp brightness. As it warms up, the base saison really comes to the forefront, complementing the fruit nicely. The palate opens with the raw, rustic funk from the base complemented by a rich stone fruit character, the plums being light and fragrant and so flavorful. This is followed by bright cherries, clean, tart and bright and clean pinot noir notes. Qcidity on the finish is a bit sharp, holding it back from greatness. Otherwise, this is a really tasty beer.
