Medium bodied with about average carbonation
Aroma is mild citrus, slightly sweet floral honey, sour bread/grain, yeast
Taste is even better than aroma, mildly sweet with an equally mild hop /citrus peel bitterness. Sour grainy bread with earthy floral honey.
This was a really enjoyable beer that if I see it again wil definitely pick up some more.

Glowing hazy orange, basically opaque. Billowing head of white foam, chunky lace all around the glass, long lasting sudsy surface coverage.
Aroma is zesty, tart fruit and light dry Brett, vague hop character, not well defined.
Tart and lemony, dry finish with lightly bitter notes of herbal botanicals in the aftertaste. Light presence of drying Brett yeast, restrained and not really funky. Refreshing and interesting, though at the premium price, i'm not sure it's a repeat buy for me. The regular Seizoen is just as good, the Fresh Hop version is only a subtle variation.
