Pours a dark copper color with a clear transparency. Head is a finger and a half of off-white foam. Aroma is caramel, toffee, and raisins out front. Additional notes of bread and grassy hops add some extra layers. As a whole, the aroma focuses more on sweet notes. Flavor profile is caramel, toffee, molasses, and raisins with grassy hops just behind. Bread and caramel malts add some extra oomph. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is pretty light with a constant dull fuzz throughout. Overall, a touch on the sweet side.
Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 12oz can.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left some sudsy trails of lace. It smelled of toasted caramel, toffee and some roasty notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with a mild bitterness. Clean and sharp finish.

Poured from a can. Caramel in color with a tan head. Smells of bread and caramel. Malty caramel flavor with a slight hop punch. Smooth and a little creamy.

This beer is so tasteful that it should be against the law.
