Appearance: Pours clear and golden with a head that settles in at one finger; splashy lacing
Smell; Fruity and somewhat phenolic, with rye spice, grass and papaya tones
Taste: Papaya forward with bready undertones; the spicy rye builds, through the middle; grassy hops arrive to pair with the rye spice, in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Not sure why this rates so poorly - must be prejudice against Blondes; to my palate, this beer has a number of interesting elements

On tap. Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head. It smelled fairly fruity with toasted caramel and bubblegum. Tasted of caramel with a candy-like sweetness and a sharp, bitter bite.
