Surprised with this one as i picked a random pick a six. A local brew coming minutes away from where I grew up i was excited to see where it was from (and the fact it mentions RC's Bomb ass chicken on the label). Deep amber and a thick creamy head makes it look like a classy affair is going on out of my boulevard snifter style glass. Smell was wonderful and not overpowering. The taste blindsided me for an IPA with a heavy malt backbone that is guided down by citrus and pine undertones. Pleasantly surprised the little city outside my own created such an awesome beer.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, dark amber color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled malty, piney and citrusy. An IPA that leans toward the malty side with a piney bitterness.
