Pours black with a hearty two fingers of khaki foam with great retention. Aroma is Belgian yeast esters, and clove with roasted, nutted, toasted, and biscuit malts. Flavor profile is delightfully smooth, with notes of roasted, toasted, nutted, biscuit, and bread malts. Belgian yeast esters and clove give it a distinct Belgian quality. Mouth feel is smooth and creamy with a medium thickness. Overall, a smooth, well-balanced stout with interesting qualities delivered by way of Belgian yeast.
