We took our amazing Alchemy Coffee Stout and made it bigger and better. This stout is brewed to pair the fruit notes of Alchemy’s cold brew with the velvety chocolate and roast of the dark malts. Vanilla beans added to the fermenter give this brew a slightly sweet finish and delightful aroma.

Appearance - pours black like used motor oil nice tight tan head. With this being a nitro beer that head will not go away. Spotty strings of lacing around the glass.
Aroma - Great coffee and roasted malt aromas hit my nose first followed by a rich chocolate and very faint vanilla.
Taste - Taste is very similar to the nose coffee and roasted malts dominate followed by a almost bakers chocolate flavor. The vanilla is more noticeable in the taste and hits me near the beginning right as the coffee fades.
Feel - Full creamy smooth almost velvet feel. It coats your mouth completely and ends in a slightly dry bitter finish.
Overall- A very well done coffee stout, might be the first nitro coffee stout I have had. The favors are really well done and work well together.

Pours black with a finger of khaki foam that retails exceptionally well. Fair lacing left behind. Aroma is vanilla bean, milk chocolate, and medium-roast coffee. A touch of toasted malts in the back. Flavor profile is vanilla bean, milk chocolate, and medium-roast coffee. Medium-roast coffee comes on stronger at the finish. Light toasted and roasted malts are present as well. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a velvety, smooth feel. Overall, an extremely well crafted stout. It’s far from heavy, but still provides a decadent, lovely experience.
