This double IPA starts with a strong malt backbone before the double secret dry hop bill will blow you away instantly. This is an epic sequel to Kansas City’s favorite IPA.

Stumbled across this gem ! 9.1%
It drinks easy for a double IPA. A Nice Dark Amber color, taste is slightly bitter, but not overwhelming ... goes down smooth.
It’s not discontinued ... found it at Happy Hour
Liquor in Lawrence KS.

Creamy hoppiness, velvety smooth, and even easier to drink than the original Hardwave, which I love, too! Great looking can, too! Give it a try!

Pours a dark brown with a finger of dense, khaki foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is syrupy and resiny hops that feature quite a bit of 'stickiness'. Flavor profile is more sticky hops, hitting notes of resiny and syrupy. Mouth feel is thick and full with a velvety, grainy texture. Overall, a big IPA with a sticky taste.
