A: This isn't a particularly good looking beer. Color is nice but it's hazy, off white soapy like colored head with little retention or lacing. It's honey like in color.
S: Smell is God damn awesome. It's pure pumpkin awesomeness. Fresh pumpkin like juice with cloves and cinnamon abound. Some brown sugar like sweetness. Only bad point is that there is some light flowery notes.
T: taste follows the nose perfectly, it's only a bit less sweet as expected.
M: A bit too light maybe in body for my tastes, carbonation could have been creamier too, but it's okay.
O: All in all, this might be the best pumpkin beer available in Quebec. It's not amazing but definitely soli.

Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cinnamon and cloves is pretty dominant with some pumpkin notes also perceptible. Taste is also dominated by cinnamon and cloves with some pumpkin notes perceptible. Hops are not as visible as I was expecting based on the label description which might be a good thing. Body is fuller then average with good carbonation. I really enjoyed the mix of spices in this beer.
