Our Gueuze 2014 is a mixture of three lambics from three different years, all brewed using a typical Belgian and ancestral process, and all fermented with the yeasts present in the air.

"Orangey" amber in color without any head, really cloudy.
Intense tartness in the nose, really funky.
Really really nice taste. It starts with a distinctive tartness then you get a little bit of black cherries flavors.
It feels too thine on the tongue, I expected more body, but other than that this beer is amazing.
