A: Bright, hazy, orange tinged Amber with a thick, frothy white head of moderate retention, and thin wisps of lacing.
S: Floral hops is the dominant note, with some spicy yeast phenols present expressed predominantly as pepper and mild rind.
T: Taste starts with a lightly grassy graininess, but dries out with a floral dominance and some coriander. A touch of diacetyl.
M: decent carbonation and light body, with a slight butteryness that detracts marginally.
O: better than standard offerings from BdM, but still not within the top 10 Quebec saison.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head with excellent retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of nice cereal notes with light rustic malt and nice dry floral undertones. Taste is also a well balanced mix between rustic malt with light floral undertones. Light herbal and spice notes are also discernable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Very well brewed overall with good level of attenuation and nice drinkability. Brewed should consider keeping this beer as part of his regular portfolio.
