Tasty... almost perfect farmhouse with great tropical hint.

Very good. The "farmhouse" reference suggested to me that Brett or some wild yeast was used, but the label does not say anything of the sort. However, it certainly tastes like there is Brett in here. Tropical fruits combined with a dry, light funk and white pepper. Substantial but soft malt body. I haven't had a lot from this brewery but this is by far the best one I have had. A really nice surprise. Would buy it again for sure.

Cloudy yellow in colour with a nice 1-inch head with nice lacing. Smells like a garden, I cannot tell what I'm smelling exactly but it smells fresh. There's a nice bitterness to eat, I taste bananas with some earthy and floral hops. Not bad at all.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy beige color ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of rustic malt with peppery yeast notes is quite nice. Taste is a good mix between some rustic malt with some dry Brett ester and some pretty dominant peppery yeast notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Good balance between complex notes while retaining some good drinkability. The brewer should think about making this a regular product.
