Dark red/amber with off-white head that's kinda small but stays for a while. In the nose you can only notice the aromas of the wild yeast. Kind of a sweet and sour taste, it starts with the malts, you first taste caramel then it transitions to the wild yeast and it becomes more sour. Nice carbonation and feeling on the tongue. Not bad but there's kind of a lack in taste.

Bottle: Poured a deep reddish color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of oak and cherry notes is pretty satisfying for the style. Taste is also a good mix of oak notes with some tart cherry notes and some light residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. A little bit sweeter than expected but still a very good take on the style.
