Our Saison Tradition is brewed according to traditional recipes of Wallonian farmers. It offers dry, slightly tart fruit flavors accented by a touch of black pepper. Amongst our many tasty beers, this is one of the more thirst-quenching.

Poured from a 16 oz can in a deguster. Nice foam head, dying fast. Slightly tard at the beginning it ends with a lack of hops and a thin malt aftertaste. Strange stuff; Tastes suprisingly good! maybe next summer..

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color - a little too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of Belgian yeast are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of Belgian yeast and associated peppery spices.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation
O: I really liked all of the aromas and flavors of yeast in this saison.

Soft gold with a light haze, tons of carbonation and 4 fingers of white head.

Smells of Belgian yeasts, phenols, and yellow apple skin.

Tastes of phenols, Belgian yeasts, and hints of asian pear.

Light body with lots of carbonation.

Got in Quebec, St Jean Port Joli around Christmas. Drinking in Toronto, May 9th, 2018. Decent brew, really like one from Belgium.

Highly thrist quenching saison style beer (on point with the bottle description). Spicy aftertaste. A little too much carbonation. Just the right amount of hops. Worth seeking out! Bottled from a grocer in St Jean sur Richelieu.
