Peroni Non Filtrata is an unfiltered lager with a full flavour and aromatic, pleasantly hoppy notes. Its brewing process involves less refinement, resulting in a naturally cloudy lager that preserves the authentic appearance and flavour of the untreated ingredients. Peroni Non Filtrata, like all products of the Peroni family, is brewed with 100% Italian Malt which has been tracked in the blockchain since 2021 to ensure maximum transparency in our supply chain.

500ml bottle served in a mug in an AirBnB in Rome. Date seems to say 02/26 ROMA. Bought it about an hour ago at a Carrefour Express.
Pours slightly hazy light golden with no head, despite a non-negligible about of visible, active carbonation. Smell is skunky lager yeast, some break and lemon zest.
Taste is bready, lemony, lots of grass and earthiness, moderate grain sweetness (maybe a bit more than moderate), grassy bitterness seems to build on further sipping.
Mouthfeel is light, thin, borderline watery, though there's a bit of a detectable fizz to it. Overall...thoroughly unimpressive, not bad.

Slightly Hazy orange color with a thick thin head.
Aroma with notes of Lager yeast, oranges and faint floral.
Flavor with notes of malt sweetness, oranges, Lager yeast, minerals and spicy hops. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Yeasty and balanced Adjunct Lager, somewhat spicy. Quite decent.
