On draft at Meridian Pint, pours a clear pale straw yellow with a fizzy head that dissipates to a very still liquid.
The nose is acidic, berry, sweet honey, white grape, a little vinegar. The flavor is lightly tart, bitter blackberry, grape skins, with a honey lingering finish. It is a bit thin and has a consistency more like a cider or mead.
Overall, pretty good, just a bit thin and acidic.
