On draught.
Gold pour, low clarity with a thick head that settles and yields some nice lacing.
Nicely toasted malt flavor and graininess. Some bailed hay and bread flavors are pleasant, along with hints of citrus.
Hops bitterness is enjoyable, nicely carbonated.
A solid Kolsch!

L: Pale gold, slightly hazy, lively, one finger ivory-white soapy head, foam settles fairly quick but leaves lace.
S: Light spice and subtle pear-like fruit aroma, honey, doughy bread, light whiffs of grain and corn.
T: Opens with a balance of spicy hop and sweet bread malt, malt flavor rises some in the middle before a mild bitter and dryer finish.
F: Medium-light body, medium high carbonation, smooth with a crisp finish.
O: Very enjoyable and seems right on to me.

The beer pours a very white head that last a while. The beer itself is a clear pale straw. A fairly light beer and typical for the style. Smell and taste both have a nice moderate hop bitterness to them as well as a sweet pale malt note to balance it out; the end result being slightly more malty beer with a nice hop bite. Overall, the beer was pretty drinkable and very refreshing.

On tap at Meridian Pint, Washington, D.C.:
A couple of notes first, per the menu:
5% ABV; Open fermentation and brewed only with Tettnang Hops.
The beer appeared a hazy amber with a really nice, thick white head. Good retention. The beer gave off a light aroma and had a very nice balanced taste, as expected from the style. The beer had good carbonation and it was very easy to drink. Overall, solid, plain and simple.
