A very nice tart and orange presence in the nose and taste. The taste has a slightly boozy presence but hard to detect underneath the orange.
The body is a bit heavy but the carbonation hides it well.
A pretty good wild ale.

A: This poured a cloudy gold with fluffy white head.
S: It smelled like granny smith apples with some grapefruit zest and unripe pineapple. Maybe a little chlorine?
T: It tasted like granny smith apples and earthy minerals, with some unripe pineapple and grapefruit zest. It had a clean bitter aftertaste.
M: It was slightly thick with lots of carbonation. Bubbly body.
D: This was a really nice wild Belgian, with a unique scent and taste. Well balanced and enjoyable. The body was fitting, and the alcohol was well hidden, so it was dangerously easy to drink. I really enjoyed this.
