The beer has a nice clear and pale gold color. Nice and white foamy head that dissipates quickly.
The beer smell is a nice salty and tart smell. The smell has a slight sweet and fruity note from the malts and wheat used. The wheat also seems to have its own distinct rustic note to it.
The beer has a fantastic salt and tart taste. The salt isn't too salty but not so light that it isn't noticeable. The taste also seems to have a light fruity and sweet sweet note from the malt and wheat. The overall taste is pretty good and the different tastes work together to create a delicious beer.
Lots of biting carbonation. Refreshing body. The feel is pretty smooth and has a very good feeling to it.
Overall, a fantastic gose worth getting while its on tap. I enjoyed this more than the Anderson Valley ones and is a good addition to the list of available beers.
