Bottle:
Pours a plum color, fairly clear at first/decanted, of course a little hazy once the yeast gets into the glass. No head on pour, but a thin rim with a few spots of lacing after sitting, strangely enough.
Nose is a vinegary sour peach and berry of sorts, I'm leaning raspberry. The acidic vinegar note is predominant, and somewhat overwhelms the other notes.
Taste is similar to the nose, red wine vinegar combined with a fruity juice backing - nectarine, sour grape, crab apple and the like. There is a little astringent note that transitions the sour front notes to the more mellow ending - it's hard to tell is it's alcohol or the vinegar acidity completing a crescendo. Mostly flat feel, but that vinegar sourness I keep mentioning more or less makes up for that.
I kinda liked this beer, but analysis says the acidic vinegar is a bit overwhelming and seems to thwart more nuanced notes from coming out.

500ml bottle into a tulip.
Quick one here:
This brew is a very tart, biting sour. Barrel aging is definitely detectable amid notes of apple, pear, candied berries & some hints of pitted fruit.
Carbonation is on the very-low side, which seems to be a flaw at first - as it creates a lot of dullness on the mid palate. Although this effect is cleverly countered by the high acidity on the finish, which serves to pull all of the flavors together into a tight, concentrated (& balanced) bite on the tail end.
