Fresh from the brewery tap.
Yellow color with a thick bright white head with great retention.
Slightly sour aroma with notes of pineapples, dough and apple.
Flavor with notes of pineapples, green apples, wheaty bread and a light touch of smoke. Dry aftertaste with a mild towards medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Refreshing and easy to drink beer. First time I try this old Polish style, Grodziskie. I wish I could have felt some more smoked notes.
