a dry hopped sour beer, one of the nicer brews we had in here. its super low abv and rather delicate with such a clean acidity to it, only moderately sour, enough to pucker me up just a bit but not limit drinkability. it seems to help bring the most out of the hops too, really juicy and fresh tasting to me, the note of pineapple in here suggests mosaic, but that cant be all, not sure what they dose this with, but its pretty dialed in. my brother and our homie loved this out, refreshing even for a sour beer because of the finishing dryness and higher carbonation than most of the others in here had. to me its just a little plain, not much going on with the grain or the mouthfeel, and the hops are super familiar, this is a nice use of available ingredients, but its not special in that way, at least for my palate. a little estery thing happening before the finish, a very tropical fruitiness to the hops, and a lemonade sort of twang as it goes down, real drinkable and fresh tasting, if a little less inventive than some of their others. cool to see them execute a beer like this so well, the kettle souring part is very well done.
