On draught at Cooper's Craft and Kitchen, NYC.
Pours an appropriately hazy yellow orange color. A modest frothy layer of head soon dissipates, but yields lacing.
The nose is fruity with some herbal notes. Aromas of peach, orange, lime, grass, mint and cracker.
Juicy with a dry graham cracker malt backbone, and developing hops spices. Notes of freshly squeezed orange juice, peach, lime, grapefruit, white pepper, grass and pine.
Medium bodied with a dry finish. Feel is bright and zesty, more spicy than bitter. Carbonation is moderate.
A very well made hazy IPA, tasty, easy to drink and good hops character. I would have again.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a short head covering the surface and specks of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Faint aromas of lime citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but is a tad stronger and has additional notes of honeydew melons. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this NEIPA to be muted in aroma, flavor and juiciness compared to other beers in the style.
Serving type: can
