A: The beer is very dark brown in color. It poured with a finger high beige head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of vinegar are present in the nose along with hints of dark fruit and oak.
T: The taste follows the smell and is somewhat sour from the vinegar-like flavors with stronger underlying notes of dark fruits and hints of oak.
M: It feels light- bodied and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer had a nice balance between the flavors of vinegar and dark fruits.
Serving type: can

Pours a clear brown color coming out of the can. A large tan foam head retains well.
You can smell the sour immediately. Aromas of tart fruit, including, raisins, prune, plum, and red grape. Sweet notes of bready and lightly nutty malts, dry cider, green apples, and lemon zest.
Sour from the get go, yet, contrasted nicely with a firm bready, caramelized and slightly nutty malt backbone. Notes of oak, white pepper, red grape, sour plum, lemon zest, vinegar and a lactic acidity.
Medium bodied with a moderate to lively carbonation. Sour and tart with a slightly chewy malt mouthfeel and a bone dry finish.
Nice example of the style. I would have again.
