Pours an ultra clear straw color, visible carbonation. A large foam head retains well, yields lacing.
The hops aromas hit the nose first, with strong notes of citrus, lemon, tangerine and herbal notes of grass. Aromas of cracker, biscuit, vanilla and tea.
Clean and crisp malt flavors, bready and crackery, are balanced by a lightly peppery bitterness. Well hopped with bright citrus hops flavors, including lemon, orange pith and grapefruit, paired with notes of grass, tea and orchard fruit.
Light bodied with an appropriately crisp mouthfeel. Finish is crisp and dry with a nice prickly hops linger. Carbonation is lively.
An all around solid Pilsner, crisp, clean and crushable, well hopped too. I would have again.
